Does a paid plan increase my verification level?

No. Verification levels are earned through evidence and are completely independent of plan tier. A free-plan provider with an outcome-verified record always ranks above a paid-plan provider with only a claimed listing. Plans unlock tools — they never affect ranking.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan changes never affect your verification level or your badges.

Are there annual discounts?

Yes. Annual billing receives a 20% discount on Pro and Premium. Enterprise is bespoke.

What happens if I cancel?

Your profile reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. Tools associated with paid plans (lead distribution, rating-invite at scale, analytics) stop; your verification level and badges remain at whatever you've earned.

Is concierge separate from Enterprise?

Concierge engagements are structured as Enterprise contracts. The concierge work itself is the highest-margin support tier — see /concierge for what it covers.
